Building Your Own HomeThe government offers interest reduction support for building and renovating your own home. A loan with interest support means that when the bank approves your loan, the municipality government will give you a certain amount of monthly interest support for a limited time. The municipality administrates the approval of the loan. The approval of this type of loan is restricted to those applicants with limited income base and net assets. The amount of interest support approved by the government also affects the municipality's approval decision.
